What does it cost to start?
Applying and reselling our products is free. You see the trade price on every product before you list it.
Who pays for the stock?
You don't buy stock up front. When your customer orders, we pack and post it, and you pay the trade price for what you sold.
How fast do orders go out?
Items from our own UK warehouse are sent within 2 working days, then standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. Items shipped by our partner warehouses show their own dispatch and delivery dates on the product page.
Whose name is on the parcel?
Yours. The packing slip carries your shop name, logo and message, never our name and never prices.
Which stores and marketplaces work?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly; eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop and others work with our stock feed.
What if a customer wants to return something?
Your customers have 14 days to change their mind. Contact us and we guide you through the return for that order.
