These terms apply to purchases made through this website by consumers in the UK.

Your order

Our products are shown with their price, description and stock at the time you view them. When you place an order we email you to acknowledge it; that is not yet our acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and email you the tracking details. If we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown before you pay. You pay when you order, securely through Stripe, by the methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card or bank details. If we find an obvious pricing mistake after you order, we may cancel the order and will refund you in full; we'll tell you before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK only. Estimated delivery times are in Delivery & returns. We aren't responsible for delays outside our control, but we'll keep you informed.

Cancelling and returning

You have 14 days to change your mind, and legal rights if goods are faulty. These are explained in Delivery & returns, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your account

You may order as a guest or create an account to see your orders and track them. Keep your password private. You can close your account at any time from your account page.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breaking these terms or by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for loss of profit if you buy for business purposes. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Product information and safety

We try to describe products accurately. Please read the labels, warnings and instructions that come with them, especially for electrical items, items for children, candles, heat products and cosmetics. Contact us if anything is missing.

Complaints

If you're not happy, email us and we'll reply within 5 working days and try to put it right. You can also get free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, consumer helpline 0808 223 1133).

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in the courts there as well.
